When it arrives.........meanwhile a few shots of Athena to show the very simple construction.








Incidentally the sides appear to be thin wood strip rather than ply as I originally thought. The stern is a solid block of wood. Simple but takes up a lot of useful space for servos etc so for the moment we are a misguided missile.

Fred, just revisited this thread, on the ME1 is the stern tube been painted or is it 'original Mamod' paint!?
