| GMES 16mm Group visit to Wales |
A group of ten members from the 16mm Garden Railway section at Guildford Model Engineering Society returned on the 6th September after a very enjoyable six day visit to Wales.
An intensive schedule saw nine railways being visited over the six days, plus the Llanberis Slate Museum and Llanfair Garden Railway Show. The weather was good for most of the time (actually sunny and almost hot on a couple of the days - a rare thing for North Wales!) and plenty of food was consumed during the trip.

Any members who live around Midlands might want to check this out http://the-midlands-large-model-flying-group.webeden.co.uk/
BCLS will be joining the fly boys, so too I'm told there be vintage cars/trucks and some of the local ME clubs. I told they have planes with 12ft wing span if weather holds should be a good weekend. |

A great venue and most of all, the members of the public actually turn up!

i have done a bit more to my crane more pics to come but this is what it looks like with the metal arms but still a lot more i want to do when my dad gets of his holiday as he as gone to ullpool in scotland and hes locked the garage up for the week
