Both sides in this dispute need their heads banging together, management and unions.

it is repairable  but sill not happy that I have got to fix it I have emailed the seller it was insured up to £39.00 I do not want to send it back see what the seller can sort out.

That's two items they have damaged in 3 months Evil or Very Mad

That looks really nice - what's the make/lineage?

You don't say what the packing was like. In my experience it's either very good, like trying to break into Fort Knox, or so bad it's a miracle the content's survived. I've also had the situation where I strongly suspect the seller of 'covering up' previous undeclared damage by blaming the post. It's impossible to know, and always a risk.

I'm sure you'll be able to fix it - chin up!

To be fare the sell did pack it well I do believe it was royal mail
