This little Bowman M167 has been waiting for a bit of TLC for quite a while.
When I acquired the engine I was pleased to find that its condition was not too bad at all. It was complete with its original burner and in fact it ran very well. However, at some point in its life a previous owner had repainted the base. As the paint had been rather badly applied and the colour used was incorrect, I decided that it deserved to have the base restored to the correct colour. Other than that just a gentle clean.

OOOOh - that's very tidy John. I can recommend a source for a suitable decal.
Is the burner the original colour do you think? _________________ Stephen

Yes, it was too good to repaint. _________________ www.steamtoys.co.uk

Nice John, even the small Bowmans have a class all of their own. _________________

That's odd, I thought they were either white or green. Just goes to show how much there is to learn about these little engines!! _________________ Stephen
