I have, bending the pipes and soldering them took most of the night, getting them soldered in the right place was a pain in the ring.

I've got to remove the boiler band tonight to clean under it, I used a bit too much flux.

Once I've done that, I'll fit the two bands and run it.

Has anyone a spare spindle for a grinder or polisher?. I chopped mine up to make a cylinder pivot for my Jones twin.

They never came with any bases, just two ruddy great lugs on each.

I sawed them off forthwith. That was 1995!

Here we go, all done, I've put what is left of my grinder spindle on. The engine runs the whole lot no problems!
