Utter nonsense

I'll break my ebay rule.

This is ludicrous...

The PW202 is the rare Luton to get, but this is just ridiculous.

Obviously the "other" forum effect.

Just to make the buyer puke, I paid 45 for mine at STIA last year, bargains are out there - just ask!!!!!

Off on a rant over.

After a minor spruce up...

That said its a cracking engine, and to the purists that run Luton stuff down...

Chew on that.

Mike, if i can have my tuppence worth here,  many people and i include myself in this , want to buy engines which are all complete, original condition and boxed.
Many enthusiasts live in a locale where visiting toy fairs, events etc isnt possible, hence good old ebay is the only marketplace.
I have a pw202 boxed which was gotten on ebay and didnt cost what this one is going to BTW.........

Cheers Sandy

Good on you Sandy! Smile

If I remember right, the last 202 on ebay was bid quite high by 2 members of this forum. Wink  (I remember as I was the underbidder)

...Robin's offloading big time!

I don't think it quite falls into the category of what Mike means in this thread, but who's to say.

Anyone fancy clubbing together?

I seen that as well, but I think it is worth the money! I just can't afford it though. Laughing

Does anyone know why Robin's pics/engines are on some Hildo's website?

I couldn't even afford to go 'halves' with you NIck (and the visiting rights would cost a lot in air fares!)
