Does anyone have any pics or information on something like this.

Do they actually work or just pump water around?

Im looking at building a sort of replica but with a bit of 'artistic license'  Wink

Any pics of anything similar to this one aswell would be extremely useful Wink

There doesn't seem to be much difference between the brewery in Bob Gordons book and the distillery on the S.T.E.A.M website...

...can someone enlighten me please?

I understand the brewing process (infact have designed a working model Wink )  but not the distillation proccess. Can someone explain that aswell please?
