I wouldnt buy a new Stuart if you wanted one 
Look for a secondhand one, Stuarts are stupidly priced for the quality You may notice they have bought Cheddar Models (such a shame  ) i have heard through the toy steam grapevine that they will be reintroducing Iver (the basic Cheddar loco) slightly upgraded but at stuart prices wich will probally be quite a bit more than what Cheddar used to
