Stuart D10 engine help.

I recently acquired a stuart d10 engine ,but i do not know if its been set up correctly, cartainly all the bolts are finger tight, and the eccentrics on the crankshaft which work the steam ports are not tightened ....
Any helpers out there?

Wow! I didn't know that resource was available. I usually make an educated geuss where it should be then plug it into the compressor and alter the positioning of the eccenteric until it works well Very Happy
