Stoneleigh Pictures (Lots of Mamods!)Being 30 years since the Mamod loco was introduced they put on a special Mamod bit on the Heritage Layout at Stoneligh today.
The start of an era...the first ever Mamod loco conversion. This was completed a week after the intial release of the range.
WOW!!! 3 bogies, 6 cylinders and 20 wheels!

Looking at these again, some are very good, some less so. The Bowman 234 conversion isn't working for me.
