Fred why is the opening time for STIA so late I.E. 1:00 pm
Im sure if you had a 9:00 A.M. opening time it would encourage more people to attend

Before we let the general public in we have to supply all the exhibitors with fuel and water and tea tickets and programmes and give them a chance to raid the Dealers and chat to each other and sort out their final displays.
Before we supply all the exhibitors with fuel, water etc etc we have to have all the exhibitors set up on their tables, their boxes etc packed away and their cars neatly parked on the car park.
Before we let the exhibitors in to set up their tables we have to sweep out the Big Shed and put the tables out, label them with the exhibitors names and supply adequate seating.
Before we sweep out the Big Shed we have to remove all the vehicles stored therein and arrange them neatly around the site.
Before we remove all the vehicles from the Big Shed we have to arrive at APS and wait for the permanent staff to open up, disarm the burglar alarms and generally open up.

Does this answer your question about opening times?

Just a quick question -

Are there any Freesteam members who are not exhibiting but are dropping by? Jst trying to get an idea how many Freesteam related bodies will be there . . .

I will have a few Freesteam tent cards displaying the name, you'll know me, but please come up and say hello and introduce yourself! Wink  Very Happy
