St. Mary Mead MPDI have just started this website (http://www.stmarymeadmpd.webs.com/) for my OO layout.
Despite having said that I will build my garden line first, the OO layout won't take so much time and money to build as the garden line. Plus I have lots more OO stock to run than garden railway stock!
Once I get some sand paper (!) I'll be painting the baseboards I have, then track planning can begin.
I'll post back here when I have made progress.

I knew you would, Mike
I've just added a pic of the first completed building for St. Mary Mead, a pic can be found here:

I have also added 'Bittern' to the 'Meet the Fleet' page, but here is the picture again. I think it is the best macro shot I have taken to date:

It is one of my favourites, Mike. Although I have plans to add all the detail bits correct to the engine in its present state. e.g. overhead warning flashes etc.:

Very nice website Simon. Will Miss Marple be featured anywhere?

The name comes about from an altogether different source, John!
My street is called St. Mary's Meadow, and someone made the mistake of calling it St. Mary Mead
I was stuck with names for the layout, Brandy Hole Lane MPD was another option but St. Mary Mead was a good choice I felt.

Just finished painting one of the boards:

Ignore the time that it was posted, I think it is working off of US time...
This morning I also received another loco for the layout, a Class 73 in GBRf livery. I have already run it in and added a decoder. No pics, but here is a link to a pic:

Should be done in no time
I'm getting slightly high off of the mix of paint and white spirit fumes in here!
I've never noticed that pink elephant before...

Will you be using Code 75 or Code 100 track? I like the idea of a mainline steam shed, much better than all those layouts that just have whatever locos on.

Code 75, as all bar one of my locos is brand new.
Thanks, it will certainly add something different to it. Rather unlike other MPD/TMD layouts where all you see are very modern diesels like 66's and 60's.
