Possible Toy Steam Day at Bursledon BrickworksThe Brickworks has alot of opendays throughought the year where nothing much goes on. Ive tried getting twyford to have a toy shop steam day but there having non of it so ive gone to the enemy so to speak. Before i ring up and organise it who would be interested in coming? I was thinkin a sunday in January? I think they can do tables as when colin took the book stall he was given one. If theres not enough interest i will drop it but seeing as we have a few members not too far away from southampton and it being an easier place to find than twyford.
Whos up for it?

Softly softly catchee monkey.
If you were to exhibit this year, then next year you had a few friends/contacts made this year as well and the year after that......
Eventually the organisers get fed up with the way the steam toy people are taking up all the space which leads to the obvious answer.
It all takes time but that is the genesis of STIA. All you need is patience, persistence and a small black notebook for contacts. (It has to be black, don't ask me why, I don't know)
Good luck
