Just picked it up on eBay, but I have no idea what it is.

Apparently, it is 4 inches high.

Also curious as to what the large knurled knob on top of the steam chest is.

Any ideas?

Looks similar in design to Stuart, although not marked, the knurled device on the steam chest could be an oiler.
