MooseManHi all,
I've been "lurking" on this forum for a little while now, and I thought that this first sunny day in July would be a good time to come out of the shadows!
I know most of you and most of you know me, but in very short: I started collecting in earnest some 6 years....initially my passion was (and is) Bowman, but I seem to have branched out in lots of different directions - most recent development is an interest in toy steam boats, of which I now own four, and I'm sure that won't be the end of it.
My other interests include "difficult" pop and classical music, playing my Uilleann Pipes, and I'm passionate about the Welsh language (although I am Dutch by birth)
If you want to keep up-to-date with my steam stuff please visit http://www.mooseman.org.uk

Welcome Moosey!
I'm only half Welsh. But that half is the Born & Bred part. But this topic is about Mooseman, and I need to be remind how many nationality's he is. The boats are awsome, I'd kill for the R/C one.

Just the two passports mate (Dutch and Italian) although I'm considering applying for British citizenship.
The "Arrow" is not that hard to make....I knew nothing about woodwork when I started that! The plans are fantastic.
SteamyJim, what's your boat?

Its a fiberglass hulled steam boat. With the last ever Cheddar Models engine ever made The engine is a V-twin engine. I think its called Pintail Vertical boiler, gas fired and very very well made

I DONT THINK SO
That engine has a special place in my collection as it was made by freinds, put together by me, made very local, was the last made and is a lot of fun.

That's my boat plan failed then, 'cos it's £70 odd quid I don't have.
