If you enter the post code from the email into
Royal mails address finder service, you get this address
National Lottery Commission, 101, Wigmore Street, LONDON, W1U 1QU
So they have done there homework, but not enough homework
As there are quite a few spelling mistakes in there email
One of many email scams on the internet at the momment

The threads have been stripped that holds the water inject pipe and something else into the boiler, it also needs a boiler test
