Ive Been thinking..yes I know its dangerous but!.....
Ive been playing with the space i will have left in my room after ive removed some crap thats being given to my uncle for his new house. (its shelves!) Ive come up with this design for a small shunting yard in OO to set up in my room. My only problem is How using the Hornby Standard Black + Red controll get power to the line rearest the bottom of the screen And is there anything people would suggest I add?

Will, quick suggestion:
Put the power feed for the track from the controller in between the two sidings at the top, that way power will get to the sidings at the top.
If you leave it as is, when the point is switched nearest the controller for an engine to go from the top to the bottom line you won't have any power!

Ive made it differnt so that the two controlls i have are both used. Will this casue any problems? If it did could I still run the two lines seperatly?

Better with two controllers, Hornby make 'jump leads', so for instance you can get power to a headshunt if that shunt is isolated once a point is thrown.
