Its not a Mersey steam engine, but a tiny bottle of Mersey oil
Its the only one I've ever seen, and I believe quite a rare item
Will I ever open it.................nah
It came with the 52 below

I'm not sure Mike, I cant check as its in storage with most of my engines
(Dont have much room here, so most stuff has to be packed away)

Certainly unusual and a nice thing to have but its not the rarest Mersey. There are so many one off /limited production Mersey engines that they would be rarer, ie the Tripple marine engine

OOOPS - I missed this one last night!
Very interesting too.
I got a little bottle of oil with my 53GR. I thought it was just that - a little bottle of oil, until I saw this post.
It's obviously a little bottle of Mersey Oil (probably scraped off the surface of the river just outside the docks).
