You need a Photobucket account. You upload a vid just like a JPG image, Photobuckjet for instance takes .mov, MPEG format etc, if you are familiar with Photobucket, once in your libary of images the link details required are at the bottom of the list you have 3 choices attached to each image depending on the application/page you want to put it into.
