Nice looking example Jay - watch the endfloat on the crankshaft it can be a bit excessive! I put a collar on mine and it runs a lot quieter and sweeter. I'm looking forward to the videos already.

A classic bit of English 1950s kit! Not enough power to pull the skin of a rice pudding, but somehow that does not matter, its such a charming little engine to watch. A very delicate build too, sharing next to no common parts with the larger L5, of which I believe Stephen has too....
