Edrig/Millie or similarAfter running my Bowman locos, I went and bought another old German loco on ebay and I think I am hooked!
I now want a loco that I can run more often and save the rarer engines for special occasions.
I have been reading several reviews from you guys and have decided that I like the style of the Edrig. Do you guys recommend it, or should I go for something else?
I am also very interested in getting a Millie
Here's a few things I want in it (if I think of more, I'll add to the list):
o-gauge
400-500 GBP price range
gas-fired
manual (no r/c)
Thanks in advance!

I would say an Edrig, Nick.
As reliable as Roundhouse are, the Edrig is better value for money as:
It is internally fired
It is regaugeable
Plenty of add ons available
Whereas the Millie is:
externally fired
non regaugeable
some add ons available, but there are some which come as standard on the Edrig.
The only criticism I have of Accucraft products is the limited choice of colours (red or green!)
