dont do what you ask !!!time for a moan, two days ago I ordered some fasteners and 2 lenghts of steel rod from a well known model supplier, when placing my order I was asked did I want 2 by 12in lenghts or 1 x 24in lenght. Knowing that the Postie would not be able to push the 24 in lenght through my letter box i asked for the 2 x 12in lenghts, well guess what it came today and the Postie could not push the 24in lenght throuhg my letter box so thanks to some ones thoughtlessness (is it a word) and the thoghtlessness of my town council not allowing parking around the post office I got to have a nice walk in the rain, ____ Models you seen the last order you will get from me !!!

I ordered some parts for my Hotpoint oven they came today and the electrical switch had been damaged, got on the phone and they said 'sorry that your switch is damaged we will send send you a replacement out by carrier, it will be next day delivery at our cost' that's service !!!
