Bowman M135?

I picked up a Bowman M135 today for £15. Theres 1 pulley missing and a bit of missing paint on the base but other than that its good condition.

My question is...did every M135 come with an oiler or was it an optional extra?

This one doesn't have one so its either missing or never came supplied with one. The little bracket isn't there aswell just the hole for it.

Thanks in advance  Very Happy

An oiler was standard on the M135.

How can you give brass an old look? I heard soaking in vinegar?

It can be chemically treated to darken it. MF does it to the handles of his Bowman whistles to give them the correct look, as if they were bakelite.

Id give Iam a PM Jim.
