Bing Saw & ManI picked this Bing table saw and man up off ebay for just over $12. (I believe that is the make,
can someone help me with the year)

The only problems were it was very dirty and unfortunately two holes have been added to the base.
This is how it looked on arrival:
I then took it apart:
And began the cleanup. The base has a unique paint job, and here is a marking:

I have been told this is a Bing Man at circular saw c1927 #10/231.

Nice restoration work Nick, an oily rag usualy does the trick
Date wise, looking through my reference books gives a date from 1925-1935

I picked up my method from someone on a different forum and it works great.
I use Gojo (hand cleaner, without the pumice), a toothbrush, and some water.
Then I dry it off with an air copressor and apply a small amount of oil to keep it rust free.
This is the man that helped me out, the video is a little long, but it shows how to use it:
