Bing Help PleaseI've got this this rather nice Bing Stationary, can anybody help with a Model Number and age?
I'm guessing it is about 1910?

It's rare for sure, not many from that era retain their paint in such good condition.
The lamp holder looks a little newer than 1910 though.

Smashing engine Ian.
It's in my Bing 1912 (GBN) catalogue under the model series nos.130/521-3. There is an illustration of 130/523 but gives the dimensions of all three. I'll scan the page and post it up for you later today.
Here we are:
You should be able to identify your engines by the dimensions - let us know what you find.

Thanks Stephen, I'll get the rule out.
This engine doesn't really sit in my collection and it is time for it to move on to a new home via ebay.

Can I persuade you to hang on for twelve months while I save up?
I reckon your looking at a serious boost to your funds there Ian and good luck!

Very nice Ian, I remember seeing a similar set up in Bob Gordons book.
