weather was bad rain and wind but stayed long enough to do some filming

Great video but tell me what the 'Frankenstein' engine some 40seconds in, was it by any chance a Fowler fitted with a diesel engine?

It was indeed, they were converted from Fowler BB1s and fitted with either Mc'Laren engines or another make of engine (can't remember which) by Allens I beleive-not sure of that tohugh
