Anyone know what this is?Beats me, any guesses?
At first glance I thought, scratch built, but the way the base and motion plate are in one, apparent, casting made me doubt it.

this is just a guess but is it one of those kit ones of the 60-70’s sorry the name escapes me at the moment. I must admit the base looks purpose cast making me think factory made.

Its one of those College/School Project engines similar to a Wells. H2O had one on his stall at STIA

I can't remember who designed it, but there was an article in S.T.E.A.M a while ago...
