another Stuart Turner no 9 steam engine.this is another of my Stuart number 9 engines i have just finished restoring,had to scrape most of the crankshaft and con rod bearings in so as to achieve a good "running fit" along with lots more fettling and fitting.i think this is a really early one as the screw threads are Whitworth and also the con rod is of flat/rectangular section.it is complete with governor,main bearing oil cups and water pump.it now turns over like a good un"!!

its about 11"x 6" with a 5" flywheel and quite heavy!
