That sure is an old one Sandy, Ive had quite a few Sutcliffe boats in my time
Sold them all now via my website 
There is a very rare book called "And then there were none" by sutcliffe pressings It usualy sells for £80 - £100 on yabe and chronicles every boat they made Its expensive but a great resouce to have
