Thanks Franco old bean, it was actually in bits when I got it (I think the D9 are all kits). It was a gamble as to whether it was all there but it seems to have paid off all but for one chimney screw  Laughing  Laughing )

A very handsome engine Jon. Don't forget the video when you fire it up!

Those Wilesco chimney screws are really fiddly - far too small for less-than-nimble fingers and easily lost! I had my wilesco roller as a kit and the whole scraper ring was missing, although, in fairness, a replacment was dispatch very quickly. Reminded me of when I used to make Airfix kits as a young lad. There was often a part missing. I'd fill out the slip provided and post it off. This must have happened quite frequently (although I did build an aweful lot of kits!) because they started to send me whole replacement kits. The trouble with that of course was that I still had some missing parts. So I'd fill out the slip.........
