I originally bought this engine on August 13, 2008. It has taken me over a year to finally fire it up, and I am sure glad that I have!
The engine is an LS LOC gold-plated mini traction engine that's made in Basel Switzerland:
I first filled it with a whole 3 ml of water.
Filled the burner, look at that nice blue flame:
No turning back now!
Will it run?

It really is very well built Nick, but I guess it's understandable when you remember where it comes from.
